3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
3 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup water
1- 16 oz can pumpkin
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions:

Sift together flour, salt, soda and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans or #1 coffee or vegetable cans (filled 2/3 full).

Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean!
