2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 1/4 cups of sugar
6 tbsps butter, melted
4 8oz pkgs Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
Grated peel from 1 lime
Juice of 2 limes
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup of mixture. Press remaining crumbs firmly onto bottom of 13x9 baking pan. Set aside.

Beat cream cheese and remaining cup of sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Stir in lime juice and peel. Add eggs, 1 at a time mixing on low after each additional egg just until all is blended. Pour over crust, sprinkle with the rest of the crumb mixture.

Bake 40 min or until center is set. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night.
