1/2 C. rosmarina/orzo/spagetti noodles
1 C. Uncle Ben's Orig Converted Rice
Butter- approx 1/4 C.

Directions:
Directions:
Put rosmarina in a strainer and wash with cold water. Drain.
Brown butter in a pan, then add the rosmarina and saute until browned. Wash and strain the rice. Drain. Add rice to butter and rosmarina. Mix and then add about 3 C. water. Bring to a boil and simmer covered for about 20 min. Watch so there is enough liquid in the mixture and it doesn't burn. You can add salt to taste.

Keep an eye on the rice for the last 5 min. You can add more water if it seems to be getting dry. Cook a few minutes longer if it seems like there is too much liquid. Sometimes Dad likes to use thin spagetti noodles broken in small pieces instead of rasmarina or orzo.
