1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2-3 chopped green onions
Garlic salt to taste
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 chopped jalapeņo pepper
