5 C. cooked chicken, cubed
6 Tbsp salad oil (vegetable or olive)
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 C. macaroni (rings or shell)
1 1/2 C. celery-diced
1 1/2 C. seedless grapes
1 (13 oz) can pineapple tidbits-drained
1 can mandarin orange segments-drained
1 C. slivered almonds, toasted
1 1/2 C. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Beat vigorously until combined well. Pour over chicken and set aside. In a large bowl, combine macaroni, grapes, celery, pineapple-mandarin oranges, almonds and mayonnaise. Add the chicken-dressing mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
