4 beef round steaks
salt & pepper
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Seaon the steak with salt & pepper. Place 3/4 cup flour in a shallow bowl.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Coat the steaks with flour, then egg, letting any excess drip off. Coat again with flour.

In skillet, heat oil; add steaks and cook, turning once, 5 - 6 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Pour off excess oil from pan; add butter and melt over medium heat. Whisk in remaining 1/4 cup flour for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.

Season with salt & pepper; spoon over steaks.
