1-2 lb. Hamburger meat,1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1/2 stick margarine, 1 can beef consommé, 1 can water, small jar mushrooms, 1 1/3 rice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 tablespoon garlic salt with meat. Make into 2 inch meat balls. Saute in Pam sprayed skillet until done. Chop bell pepper and onion Saute in pan with margarine.

Cook rice separately according to package. Mix all ingredients in a large pan with lid. Add beef consommé and 1 can water. Stir rice around until even and place meatballs on top Bring to boil and simmer 15-20 minutes.
