1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cp sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 - 6 oz pkg. chocolate chips

Batter:
1 1/2 cp flour
1 cp sugar
1/4 cp cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cp oil
1 tbsp vinager

Directions:
Directions:
Pour batter into cupcake holder. Place 1 tbsp of topping onto each cupcake batter.

Bake 350 for 20 minutes.

These are Jeremy and Jerid's favorite cupcakes. Jerid says they taste better when they have been frozen.
