2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/3 c. mayo
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter. Mix all ingredients together & put in 1 quart casserole dish. You can add more grated cheese on top if desired. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
