3 c. salad greens
cooked/left-over chicken, cut up
1 apple or pear peeled & cut up
1/2 c. seedless grapes, cut in half
1/4 c. mayo (or you can use ranch or blue cheese dressing)
coarsley chopped walnuts for garnish
