2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. almond extract
2-1/2 c. fresh, tart cherries that are pitted and washed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Stir in oil, orange juice, eggs, and almond extract. Beat until smooth. Add cherries. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.
