1 Cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbs corn syrup
1 2/3 cup chocolate & peanut butter swirled chips (or just chocolate chips & peanut butter chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x13 pan with foil. Butter foil. Sprinkle 3/4 cup nuts over foil.
Melt butter in heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugars and corn syrup, bring to boil, cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Quickly pour over nuts in pan. Immediately sprinkle remaining nuts and chips over toffee, press down lightly. Refrigerate about an hour. Break into bite size pieces.
