2 lbs hamburger drained
1 large jar of Ragu Spaghetti sauce (onion, garlic, tomato flavor)
1/2 package of lasagna noodles boiled and drained
3 eggs
12 oz cottage cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 Tablespoon dried parsley
4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. Put back in pan and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer. Mean while boil lasagna noodles and add 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking. In a med sauce bowl, beat eggs by hand and add cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese and parsley. Once noodles, hamburger and cheese mixture are ready, begin layering in 9 X 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Start with meat, then noodles, then cheese mixture and then top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Continue in this order and end the topping with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 45 min at 350. Let set for 15min before serving.
