1 - 9 inch pie crust 1 large pkg chocolate instant pudding 1 12 oz cool whip
Use recipe for pie crust. Prick with fork and bake at 350º for 10 - 15 min. Cool. Make pudding as directed on package and pour in cooled pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with cool whip and shave a few chocolate chips on top of cool whip.
