6 salmon steaks
1 lemon

Sauce
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c low fat yogurt
2 Tbsp may
1/2 cucumber peeled & seeded
1 Tbsp white onion
1 Tbsp fresh dill - chopped
3 Tbsp parsley - chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Cut lemon in half. Squeeze juice from one half over salmon steaks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium high heat without turning 6-8 minutes.

In Food Processor mix ingredients until smooth. Serve over Salmon.
