1 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 pkg of dry ranch salad dressing mix
2 green onions, minced
4 - 12in flour tortillas
1/2 cup diced red pepper
1/2 cup celery

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave tortillas, one at a time for 10 seconds. Mix cream cheese, salad dressing mix and green onions in mixer. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients. Roll and wrap tightly. Chill 2 hours. Cut off roll ends. Cut rolls into 1 inch slices and arrange on serving tray
