7 jumbo eggs
3 Tablespoon vanilla
3 1/2 cup white sugar
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 quart half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Makes 6 quarts.
Beat eggs, add vanilla and sugar and mix well. Add cream and half and half. Mix well. Pour into 6 quart ice cream freezer container. Add whole milk to bring level up to 4 inches from the top. Refrigerate until ready to freeze in maker. To freeze put can in bucket and plug in. Alternate ice and rock salt until bucket is full. Once machine shuts off, take out the paddle and cover and let set for an hour in bucket before serving.
