Brussel sprouts, 1 lb, cut in half 3 tbsp butter 1/2 cup bacon, fried crisp and chopped salt and pepper to tast
Melt butter in pan. Place brussel sprouts in pan with cut side down and cook covered until browned using medium high heat. Salt and pepper. Add bacon bits and serve immediately. (This is not a good item to keep in the warmer drawer!)
