Ingredients:  
1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
1/4 cup oregano
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup pitted green olives
1/2 cup capers
6 bay leaves
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper to taste
6 large chicken breasts with skin, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade together. Wash and cut chicken breasts. Put chicken and marinade in a large zip lock bag and put in refrigerator overnight. Put chicken and marinade into baking pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350F. When finished baking, broil until top of chicken is brown.
