5 medium yellow squash
1 medium onion
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
butter or margarine to taste
bread crumbs to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash squash and cut off heads and tails. Peel onion and cut into quarters. Boil the squash and onion until soft, about 20-30 minutes. Drain and place onion and squash back into pan. Add butter to taste (about 1/2 cup). Mix three eggs into squash mixture. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Transfer mixture into casserole dish and add bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
