Crust:
1 C butter
1 1/2 C flour
3/4 C brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Topping:
1 6 oz. package butterscotch chips
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 C light Karo syrup
12 oz. can mixed nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes. Cool. Spread can of mixed nuts over crust. Melt topping ingredients over low heat. Pour over nuts. Bake 10 minutes more. Cool and cut.
