1 lb. cooked pasta, any style
1 C chopped walnuts
1/4 C olive oil
1/2 C fresh shredded basil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 cloves fresh chopped garlic
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 small jar of sun dried tomatoes
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté walnuts and garlic in olive oil until lightly toasted. Add basil. Mix with pasta; add lemon juice, sun dried tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
