8 oz box of lasagna noodles 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 tbsp margarine 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/3 cup milk 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 1-6 oz can of mushrooms 3 cups cooked diced chicken 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1-1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
Cook noodles, then drain. Cook onion and pepper in margarine. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, and basil. Put 1/2 noodles in oblong cake pan and cover with 1/2 sauce, 1/2 cottage cheese, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
