1 small cucumber
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 large garlic clove (crushed)
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint of dill
Salt and pepper
Warm pita bread, to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Peel then coarsely grate the cucumber. Put in a sieve and squeeze out as much of the water as possible. Put the cucumber into a bowl

Add the yogurt, garlic, and chopped mint (reserve a little as a garnish) to the cucumber, season with salt and pepper and mix together thoroughly.

Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving
To serve, stir the cucumber and yogurt dip and transfer into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with salt and accompany with warmed pita bread.
