1 cup graham cracker crumbs
cup sugar
cup melted butter plus 2 tbsp
1 cups sour cream
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 lb cream cheese broken into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cracker crumbs, cup sugar and melted butter. Line the bottom of an un-greased 8 or 9 inch springform pan.

Blend sour cream, cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a blender for 1 minute. Add cream cheese and blend until smooth. Pour remaining butter through the hole on top of the blender. Pour into pan.

Bake in lower third of oven at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Turn oven to broil.

Broil cheese cake until top just starts to brown. Refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight is best. Cut into 8-12 pieces.
