1 cup sugar
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 lb. milk chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves. Cook without stirring until it reaches the hard crack stage (or 300 degrees on candy thermometer). Do not overcook.

Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Do not spread. It won’t fill the pan.

When cool, break into pieces and dip into melted chocolate. Store airtight. Yields approximately 1-1/2 lb
