8-10 small red potatoes Boiled, quartered
3-5 slices of bacon fried and drained.
3 stalks of green onion chopped
1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 Sour cream-Optional
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl mix the Ranch Dressing, Chopped Onions and bacon. Add potatoes and cheese and then toss. Spray baking sheet with oil and bake until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with Sour Cream on the top.
