2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 - 1 cup cracker crumbs or oatmeal 1 package dry onion soup 1 can tomato sauce 1 egg 2 cups any kind of grated cheese.
Put half the meat loaf in a loaf pan. Then cover meat with 1 to 2 cups of any kind of cheese. Put the remainder of the meat on top. Bake 350º for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. You can put barbecue sauce or ketchup on top the last 45 minutes.
