8 ounces fresh crab meat 1 jar Old English cheddar cheese spread 1/2 stick butter Garlic powder to taste 1 package english muffins
Mix crabmeat, butter, cheddar cheese spread and garlic. Spread over english muffins and cut into quarters. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, bake at 350º until bubbly (about 5 to 10 minutes).
