2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21-ounce) can Cherry Pie Filling
1 box of vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and
vanilla till fluffy.
Line miniature muffin pans with paper baking cups, and place a vanilla wafer into the bottom of each cup.
Fill the cups 2/3 full with the cream cheese mixture.

Bake in a 375 oven for 15-20 minutes or till set.

Top each with about 1 tablespoon of the cherry pie filling; chill.
