London broil steak
3 Ears of corn
1 Medium red onion
2 Bell peppers (1 Red and 1 Green)
1/2 C. Hickory barbecue sauce
1/4 C. Beer
2 tsp. Dry mustard
2 Cloves of garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak into 1 1/2" cubes. Cut corn crosswise into 1" thick round slices. Cut onion through the core into 1/2" thick wedges. Cut bell pepper into 1" x 1" squares.
Combine the steak and vegetables into a resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, beer, mustard and garlic. Mix well and pour over the beef and vegetables into the plastic bag. Close the bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Prepare barbecue grill. Drain beef and vegetables, discard the marinade. Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto metal skewers. Grill for about 12 to 14 minutes or until beef is done to your taste. Turn the skewers occasionally to cook evenly on all sides.
