1 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 C salted peanuts

Directions:

Bake 350

1. Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
2. Add dry ingredients and peanuts
3. Spoon on a cookie sheet and bake for about 8 minutes or until brown around edge.
