3 c. flour
1 c.warm water
3 T. olive oil
1 t. sugar
2 t. yeast
1 t.salt

Directions:
Directions:
I put all ingredients into bread machine in order recommended by manufacturer and put on the dough setting. When cycle is complete place in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Proceed the next day as usual, letting the dough rest while you watch T.V. on the couch for 10 minutes. Roll out according to your usual recipe adding sauce and toppings. Bake in hot oven (450) for 10-15 minutes.
