1 recipe pizza dough homemade, or 13.8 oz. refrigerated pizza crust dough
2 t. olive oil
1/2 t. minced garlic
1 box (9oz.) spinach
8 oz. swiss cheese
6 oz. cooked ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Spray a 9 in. round cake pan with cooking spray. Place pizza dough in pan and press to edge of pan and up sides. Roll top edge under and press against top rim of pan to secure. In small bowl mix oil and garlic. Brush dough with 1 t. of oil mixture. Place spinach (which has been defrosted and had all the water squeezed out) on the bottom of crust, top with half the cheese, place ham over cheese, brush with remaining oil mixture. Place remaining cheese on top. Place foil strips around edge of crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted. Note: for a crisper crust bake crust 7-9 minutes, then add fillings and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer.
