Ingredients:  
2 tbsp butter
1/4 c flour
1/4 shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
1/4 c water
Chicken, tuna or crab salad for filling

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water and butter to boiling point. Add flour and stir quickly to form ball. Take off heat and cool slightly. Add egg and beat by hand until smooth. Stir in cheese. Drop by 1/2 tbsp on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake for 20 minutes at 400.

Put on wire racks to cool. Split to dry inside. Store in covered container and refrigerate until you are ready to fill and enjoy.
