1 reg. pie crust
3 room temperature eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped topping
1/3 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add sugar. Blend egg yolks and lemon juice. Fold in egg whites. Pour into pie crust. Top with whipped topping. Freeze for 2 of 3 hours.
