3 eggs
3 tbsp melted butter
2-3 c milk
3 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, butter and milk
Add sugar, salt and flour, should be a thick cream consistency.
Pour into a sizzling hot, lightly oiled frying pan or it will stick.
Tilt pan to coat bottom thinly. When lightly browned, flip over pancake and brown other side.
May brush with melted butter while it is still in the pan. Serve with sliced strawberries and whipping cream or maple syrup.
