1 1/2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. salad oil 1 egg 1 c. sour milk 1 t. salt 1 t. baking soda 1 t. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1 1/2- 2 c fresh rhubarb, diced
Mix thoroughly in given order. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans and sprinkle over the batter a mixture of: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp. butter and 1/2 t cinnamon. Bake at 325º about 50-60 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan.
