1 1/2 C. sugar
1 C. canned pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 C. oil
1/3 C. water
1 3/4 C. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water; mix well. Mix together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg; beat into flour mixture. Fill muffin pan about 3/4 way with batter. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until done. Cool completely.
