Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c sour milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp soda
2 c flour
1/2 c cocoa
1 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and remainder of ingredients. Add 1 c boiling water and 1 tsp vanilla. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until center is done.

Frosting:
1/2 bag powder sugar
1/2 c crisco
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c milk
beat with mixer and spread over cooled cake
