Salad:
1 Bag Spinach Leaves
1/4 c sliced puple onion
1 c cherry tomatoes halved

Dressing:
1/2 to 1 full package of fried bacon cut into pieces
1/2 c bacon oil
1 T white balsamic vinegar
1 Shallot diced
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Toss ingredients. Salad taste best when drizzled and tossed with warm bacon dressing.
