Salad:
2 c chopped boneless chicken
1 c chopped tomato
1/2 c chopped red onion
1/3 c sliced fresh basil
2-16 oz cans cannellini beans or white bean rinsed and drained

Dressing:
1/4 c red wine vinegar
2 T olive oil
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 garlic cloves minced


Directions:
Directions:
Place first 5 ingredients in large bowl and pour combine dressing and drizzle over salad.
