Directions:
Slice potatoes thin. Alternate layers of potatoes and green pepper in greased 2 quart baking dish. Green peppers can be chopped or sliced (I prefer sliced). Mix mushroom soup & milk and pour over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees about 1 to 1 1/2 hours until potatoes are tender when tested with a fork. Makes about 6-8 servings.
