1 cup Kellogg's Original All-Bran Buds 3/4 cup milk 1 egg 1/4 cup canola oil 1 cup flour 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup sugar
Combine all-bran & milk. Add egg and shortening and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, salt & sugar stirring only until combined. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes. Yield 6-8 muffins, depending on size of muffin pan.
