5 plum tomatoes, diced
2 cloves garlic
¾ cup fresh basil leaves, coarsely chopped
1 teaspoonful lemon juice
2 Tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Bagel chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except bagel chips, in a bowl.


Serve tomato mixture, room temperature, with lots of bagel chips, or top the chips with tomato mixture and place on a large service plate. Try not to top too far ahead of serving, as the bagel chips can get soggy.
