2 C cooked chicken, cubed
2 tbs minced green onion
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 C seedless grapes halved
1 C celery finely diced
1 can mandarin oranges (juice reserved)
1 C mayonnaise
1/3 C slivered almonds
1 tbs fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
2 C cooked macaroni (rinsed and drained, Amber)
1 C whipped, whip cream (sweetened) or use Cool Whip

Directions:

Mix altogether. Chill and serve over crisp lettuce leaf. If mix is too thick, add some of mandarin orange juice.
