2/3 C vinegar 1 1/4 C sugar 2 tsp prepared mustard 2 tsp salt 1 tbs grated onion 3/4 C oil 2 tsp poppy seeds
Blend all ingredients except oil and poppy seeds. When well blended, slowly drizzle in oil. Finally, add poppy seeds and jog blender a few times. Ready to serve. Especially good with coleslaw or Chinese cabbage salads.
Grandma Mortensen's recipe. She should have bottled it and sold it. Mmmmm good.
