1&1/2 cups flour
1&1/2 cup buttermilk
3T sugar
3T butter
1&1/2 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon grated orange peel
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup cooked wild rice
1 cup dried cran-raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except wild rice and cran-raisins. Fold in wild rice and cran-raisins gently.

Cook on hot, greased griddle.
