1 c. mayo'
1/3 c. sliced scallions
1/3 c. parsley sprigs
1/2 small clove of garlic
1 tsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In blender or food processor, blend all ingredients 30 sec or until smooth.
Cover, chill. Serve with fresh vegetables
