Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into 8" square ungreased cake pan. Stir well with fork. Make three holes (or wells) in the mixture. Bake at 350 F for 30 min.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Crazy Cake (aka: Cockeyed Cake) is an old Oklahoma miners recipe so called because of all its crazy ingredients. You see, miners wives often did not have access to eggs, milk and other "luxury" items found in most chocolate cakes. Takes approx. 5 mins to mix up and comes out dark, rich, moist and chocolatety every time. ENJOY!!!
